As a Working Student Customer Service e-Commerce you will be an important part of our team and an important contact person for our customers, taking care of both order and complaint processing. You will provide our customers with help and advice and ensure that they find the perfect equipment for their adventures. You will also support the team with various marketing initiatives and campaigns. Your mission

You support our customers throughout the entire purchasing process - from ordering to questions about the product to complaints - and ensure a smooth and positive experience.
You process incoming orders, monitor their status and ensure that they are processed quickly and reliably.
You are responsible for handling complaints, finding quick and customer-oriented solutions and always communicating in a friendly and professional manner.
You advise our customers individually - whether by email, phone, chat or in our showroom on site - and help them find the right equipment for their adventures.
You will maintain and expand our product catalog, create appealing product presentations and add new items to the store in a careful and structured manner.
You will support marketing in the implementation of campaigns and the creation of content and contribute to the further development of our e-commerce platform with your ideas.

Your profile

You are looking for a part-time job and are currently studying economics or sports science, marketing or a comparable course of study
Customer orientation is a matter of course for you - you enjoy helping others and offering customers a positive buying experience
You have very good communication skills in German and can also express yourself confidently in English - both orally and in writing
You have good MS Office skills and ideally experience with Photoshop, CMS and HTML
You are passionate about e-commerce - you are interested in online retail processes and want to play an active role in this area
Water sports are your element! Whether you are a kitesurfer, SUP rider or windsurfer, you can test all the products in our store and buy them at attractive conditions - and have the opportunity to try out our latest e-surf products
You are communicative, solution-oriented and enjoy working in a team to provide our customers with an outstanding experience.
