For me it is important to always work with the latest and most interesting technologies and to be able to use my talent creatively. There was no question that I wouldn't stay at mediawave after my training, because I feel very comfortable in the team and appreciate the relaxed working atmosphere.

As a Solution Consultant, it is my job to develop individual solution approaches together with our customers. I am enthusiastic about the variety of industries and the forward-looking projects that we always face as a team. Developing and implementing innovative concepts, optimizing processes and the passion of each individual make us great as an agency.

At the same time as studying at university, I am fully involved in the team and the daily business at mediawave. I manage the e-commerce shop "Aboutwaves" and work directly with relevant tools from the fields of e-mail marketing, SEM and CRM. Working independently gives me the chance to try things out.

As a project manager, I ensure that our clients' projects are implemented in a targeted manner and that we, as a service provider, keep our promises. My participation in the Agile Culture Craft Circle helps me to continuously optimize our working methods. In addition, I always have the opportunity to contribute and implement my ideas.
