Your mission

You support pitches and discovery projects by providing technical advice on architecture, technologies and solutions for innovative digital projects with Shopware.
Together with the Sales & Consulting team, you will be responsible for requirements engineering for discovery and new customer projects, evaluating the project scope, developing solutions and preparing cost estimates.
You will support our project teams with technical concepts and reviews - from the onboarding phase through to implementation and, if necessary, continue to provide support during project implementation.
In workshops during the discovery phase and at the start of the project, you explain complex issues clearly and work with the teams to develop sustainable solutions.
You present our core products and solutions in demos and at events and trade fairs.
The regular exchange of experience with our consulting and development team is part of your daily routine - so you will always be up to date with new technologies and methods.
If you like to share your knowledge, we look forward to your contributions in specialist articles, lectures or webinars!

Your profile

You have at least 5 years of experience as a technical consultant, technical project manager or solution architect.
Very good knowledge of the Shopware store system and a deep understanding of the e-commerce market and the relevant platforms.
You have strong consulting and architectural skills as well as experience with the requirements of the e-commerce sector.
Strong knowledge and skills in PHP or similar technologies an advantage.
Ability to analyze customer requirements, identify business problems and develop convincing proposals for solutions.
Excellent communication skills in German and English and a confident manner in customer presentations.
Ideally you have experience in consulting, with service providers or in large agencies.
