Are you a strong communicator, do you follow up on leads and would you like to actively contribute your expertise in sales in the e-commerce environment and get off to a flying start with us? As a Sales Consultant in our team, you will advise potential customers on state-of-the-art e-commerce solutions, conduct initial consultations, qualify leads and accompany them through to the quotation phase. You will work closely with our consulting and marketing team.

Your mission

You make initial calls with potential customers and approach them in a targeted manner to qualify leads and conduct initial consultations at a professional level.
In the consulting calls, you convince with your understanding of digital business models and can confidently capture and analyze customer needs.
Together with our consultants, you prepare individual pitch presentations that are precisely tailored to the needs and challenges of our clients.
You prepare rough cost estimates as the first step towards the quotation phase in order to set realistic expectations and advise customers transparently.
You build a clean pipeline in HubSpot by systematically qualifying and nurturing leads and keeping track of your contacts.
You are active in partner management - you conduct regular calls and meetings with our application partners in order to drive customer projects forward together.
You stay on top of things: appointments, follow-ups and follow-up actions are part of your daily business until the deal is finally closed.
You create or support specialist content so that presentations and campaigns always convince with added value.
Strong communication skills, initiative, tenacity and team spirit are a matter of course for you.

Your profile

You have successfully completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship or a degree in economics, communications or social sciences.
Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the sale of IT services or software solutions.
You are characterized by strong communication skills and a pronounced sense of initiative.
You enjoy direct customer contact - whether by phone, video call or in person.
On a professional level, you can think for yourself and advise customers competently in the e-commerce environment because you have a good understanding of technologies and digital business models.
You speak German at native speaker level and have a very good command of English.
You are experienced in using MS Office, experience with CRM systems, especially HubSpot, is a plus.
Willingness to travel within the DACH region (approx. 10-20%) is a matter of course for you.
